How you can support us
You can give to the Organ Appeal or to the general Christ Church Spitalfields Restoration Fund in the following ways:
Make a donation online by debit/credit card
Post a cheque
Make a regular donation
Payments can be spread over a number of years on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. This can be a tax efficient way of giving and is enormously helpful to us – Download form.
Please don’t forget to tick the Gift Aid box.
All gifts of over £30 can be recognised in Columns, the Friends’ newsletter.
Become a Supporter
Give an annual donation of £30 or more (£35 overseas) and receive the Friends’ newsletter, Columns, and advance notice of lectures and other events organised by the Friends.
The Friends also support a number of smaller restoration projects.
Other ways to support us
There are other ways you can help us with our appeal:
Donating tax refunds to charity through your tax return
If you complete a tax return and are due a refund you can ask HMRC to treat all or part of it as a Gift Aid donation. Follow the link below to find out more.
Please note, this can’t be carried back to earlier periods.
Leave a legacy
The promise of a gift in your Will enables us to generate funds now and could make your inheritance free of Inheritance Tax Contact the office to discuss this further. Please always contact your lawyer for independent legal advice.
