The Friends of Christ Church Spitalfields is the charity leading the restoration of Christ Church Spitalfields. It is a non-denominational charity which works closely with the parish.

Formed in 1976 to restore the building and to bring it back into use, The Friends of Christ Church Spitalfields raises the money needed for the restoration of the building. The charity is supported by charitable trusts, businesses and organisations such as The Heritage Lottery Fund and English Heritage, and also by the generosity of some 2,400 individuals

The Friends also organises events and tours to raise awareness of the restoration.
